We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex product problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
You will work closely with the founders, product, and engineering team, and will have a real say in how the product works, not just how it looks.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
We care about six things:
Strong English communication is non-negotiable.
You should ideally have:
Experience with consumer apps, AI products, personalization, food, health, or data-heavy products is useful, but not required.
We want to see more than polished screens.
Show us how you think:
One strong case study is more valuable than a portfolio full of attractive screens with no context.
We move quickly and expect designers to be involved throughout the product process.
We also use AI tools extensively across the company. You should be comfortable using them for research, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and repetitive work.
AI can generate options.
You still need the judgement to decide what should actually ship.
You will work on a consumer product where design directly affects usability, engagement, and retention.
You will get exposure to mobile UX, personalization, recommendations, AI, behavioural data, and real product decisions.
You will also join early enough to meaningfully shape how Frep looks, feels, and works.
